It's right next to a beautiful creek and if you want more than just the one acre that it sits on then there is an additional 95 acres available. I would love to see the inside of this place to see how much work needs to be done because it says it is 2,500 square feet. This place also holds a lot of history as it was once a school and church. It is less than 30 minutes to Cookeville, TN which is a really cute town that I personally have visited and loved. This unique unfinished place could be amazing for the right person.
